Use a standard address format below your name on the first page, and list

Design your resume around the concept of presenting facts about your skills;
your goal is to increase your resume's chances of getting a hit when your

Stick to the basics. This is not the time to be creative. Use a standard
format such as chronological, functional, or achievement-oriented.
To delineate resume section headings, you can use bold face or all capital
letters. Do not underline or italicize section headings.

Avoid: two-column formats, condensed spacing, vertical and horizontal lines,
